Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will grant you absolute control over your e-mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a brand new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can forward e-mail messages from one email box account to another, create email filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your mailboxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming messages on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Just choose the mailbox account you would like to redirect emails from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will take care of the rest.
